Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you need an exchange or refund of your
purchased item do the following:
1.- Before taking any action. Contact our sales department via telephone or e-mail. They will advise on the
action you must perform as well as help to resolve your concerns about your product to help you decide whether
you really need to make the return.
2.- You have the right to receive a refund for the total amount paid for your item provided if you return it
within 30 days after buying the product. The shipping cost for returning the item will be paid by the buyer.
3.- If the item is returned by the reimbursement Heron Company reserves the right to inspect the garment or article
to determine if the buyer was a misuse and damage caused thereby reducing the value of the product Heron. So note that
a refund can not always cover the full cost of the product.
4.-If the product you received is defective workmanship ripped, cracking or manufacturing defects due to the article
you have the right to request that your item purchased is replaced or repaired as appropriate. In which case travel
expenses are covered by the company Heron.
5.- When you decide to buy a custom garment is exempt from the possibility of a refund because this can not be resold.
In case your custom garment manufacturing defective (ripped, tear) you are entitled to have your garment repaired. In
which case travel expenses are paid by the company.
6.- If the buyer has damaged the item purchased is exempt from reimbursement and also, if it wants to make repairs to
your article, the cost of repairs, transport and other costs that are determined by the company, will be borne by the buyer.
7.- The policy on returns, exchanges and refunds does not apply in the following situations:
- Products manufactured in special colors, or colors different from the original model.
- Products manufactured on special measures.
- Products manufactured on special designs.
- Products damaged by the buyer.
- Products used.
- Products without labels.
8.- To give effect to their right to exchange or refund must meet the following:
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition for resale unless the product is defective.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the date of purchase.
All merchandise must be returned in their original state ie with its box, packaging and labels.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective.
*Always keep in mind that articles made from the original fur may have marks on the skin due to cuts, stings or injuries to which it
is exposed animal from which the skin.
** Minor differences in tones that may have some of the items marketed by the company are completely due to causes beyond the
enterprise as they may be due to some of the skins are treated with natural pigments which implies that heterogeneous tones are
presented in the skins.
